Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ride in. Genuinely. If something isn't right — whether it's the fit, the size, or you simply changed your mind — we're not going to make it difficult. Here's everything you need to know.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return any item for a full refund or exchange. We think that's a fair window — enough time to get out on the bike and figure out if what you ordered actually works for you. If it doesn't, send it back.

We don't ask you to jump through hoops. Just reach out, let us know what's happening, and we'll get it sorted.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items need to be in the condition you received them — unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. We're a small brand and we appreciate you treating returns with the same care we put into making the gear in the first place.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items purchased during a sale or as part of a promotional event are eligible for exchange or store credit (not a cash refund).
  • Any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

The process is straightforward. Here's how it works:

  1. Get in touch. Email us at outdoorhours.cc@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and a brief reason why. You don't need to write an essay — just enough for us to understand what's going on.
  2. We'll confirm. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorisation and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Send it back. Pack your item securely and return it using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return has been processed — just in case.
  4. We'll take care of the rest. Once your return arrives and we've had a chance to inspect it, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days and send you a confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or we made an error with your order. In those situations, we'll provide a prepaid label and cover the cost entirely. We think that's only fair.

We recommend using a trackable service for your return, as we're unable to take responsibility for parcels lost in transit on the way back to us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you actually ordered — we want to know immediately. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll get it resolved as quickly as possible. This means a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund — whichever works best for you — at absolutely no cost to you.

Quality matters to us. If something has gone wrong, we'll own it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Want to swap colours? No problem. Exchanges are available within the 30-day return window, subject to stock availability at the time of your request.

If the item you'd like to exchange for is out of stock in your preferred size or colour, we'll issue you store credit to use whenever the next drop lands. We'll always let you know what's available before we process anything.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account after we process it — this can vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been processed on our end.
