Shipping

We ship all orders from Australia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days — $10 flat rate
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days — $15 flat rate
  • Free shipping on all Australian orders over $200
  • International: We currently ship to New Zealand and select international destinations. Rates calculated at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Returns

We want you to love what you ride in. If something isn’t right — whether it’s the fit, the size, or you simply changed your mind — we’re not going to make it difficult.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return any item for a full refund. That’s enough time to get out on the bike and figure out if what you ordered actually works for you. If it doesn’t, send it back.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to Return

  1. Get in touch. Email us at outdoorhours.cc@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll confirm. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorisation and instructions.
  3. Send it back. Pack your item securely and use a trackable shipping method. Keep your tracking number until your return is processed.
  4. We’ll take care of the rest. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or we made an error — in which case we’ll cover it entirely.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll organise a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Exchanges are available within the 30-day window, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit to use when the next drop lands.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us processing your return. Timing may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
