Refund policy

We want you to love your kit. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at outdoorhours.cc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.

We don't accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery. Sale items are final sale unless faulty.
